Yuena works directly with verified Chinese manufacturers and makes every effort to ensure product information is accurate. However, specifications may vary depending on the manufacturer and production batch.

Yuena does not guarantee that all products listed on the website are available for immediate dispatch. Availability will be confirmed following receipt of a formal inquiry.

5. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to written confirmation from Yuena. An order is only considered accepted once Yuena has issued a formal proforma invoice and the buyer has confirmed acceptance in writing.

Standard payment terms are as follows:

30% deposit is required upfront to confirm the order. The remaining 70% is due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Yuena accepts payment via bank transfer. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the proforma invoice. Yuena reserves the right to cancel any order where payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

6. Pricing

All prices quoted by Yuena are valid for the period stated on the proforma invoice. Yuena reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to order confirmation. Price adjustments after order confirmation will only apply if agreed in writing by both parties.

Prices do not include import duties, local taxes or customs charges applicable in the buyer’s country. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Yuena ships to international destinations worldwide. Shipping terms including FOB, CIF and DDP will be agreed upon and confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice prior to order confirmation.

Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Yuena is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, freight carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer at the point defined by the agreed shipping terms.

8. Returns and Refunds

Yuena is committed to product quality. All goods are inspected before shipment. In the event that goods are received damaged or do not match the confirmed specifications, the buyer must notify Yuena in writing within 7 days of receipt with supporting photographic evidence.

Returns are accepted only where:

The goods are confirmed as defective or non-conforming to the agreed specifications. Yuena has issued written authorization for the return.

Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case by case basis following investigation. Yuena does not accept returns for goods that have been used, modified or damaged after delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yuena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Yuena’s total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Yuena makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the fitness of products for any particular purpose beyond what is confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice.
